Huakai was founded in 2000. At the currently it occupies a production area of 25,000 m². The annual production volume is 60,000 units of various types of pipeline fittings.
The production is equipped with metalworking machines, welding, heat treatment, machining center, painting line. More than 200 sets of machines and equipment of various types.
The company has its own foundry. Technological capabilities make it possible to produce castings from carbon steel, high and low alloy steel, stainless steel, and dozens of other materials. The annual production capacity is 12,000 tons. For the implementation of casting technologies, sets of the main production equipment are used: an induction furnace of medium frequency, a gas furnace, an electric furnace for heat treatment of blanks, a line for casting by investment patterns.

Products
The main products of the company include: ball valves, check valves, gate valves, plunger and throttle valves with nominal diameters from ½ inch (DN10) to 48 inch (DN1200) and nominal pressure 1.6…42.0 MPa. The products are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST, ISO, API, ANSI, BS, DIN.
Valve material - WCB, WCC, LCB, LCC, WC6, WC9, C5, C12, C12A, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CN7M, monel, inconel, duplex, steel, etc.
The largest diameter of processing — 2500 mm, the maximum weight is 10 tons.

Production
All Huakai finished products undergo full control at all stages of production: input control of raw materials, technological control, control and testing of finished products. The main test equipment used is made in Germany. SPECPRO spectrometer, hydraulic universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, impact testing chute, impact sample pulling machine, metallographic microscope, X-ray machine, magnetic detection machines, wall thickness measuring instrument. The factory uses high-precision CNC machines to ensure high productivity.
The production has ISO 9001, 6D CE / PED, API, TS and other certificates.
